RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be made in writing either by fax, letter or e-mail. The agent/Operator is kindly requested to forward with the clients or group leader a duplicated voucher containing the exact number of persons and the service to be provided.

DEPOSITS - PAYMENTS: 1. Service for Individuals: For all services, 30% payment in advance is required upon confirmation of reservation and full payment with the arrival. Late bookings or services can be provided to your client if a bank guarantee check is transmitted to our company with the arrival of clients.

2. Service for Groups: A deposit of 30% of the total cost of services is required upon confirmation of reservation. Full settlement of payment for all services is required 3 weeks before the arrival date of each group. Deposits for groups vary according to the services required.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY BANK DRAFT OR BANK QUARANTEE CHECK, FREE OF BANK EXPENSES TO US. PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ARRANGEMENTS OR TO REFUSE TO HONOUR VOUCHERS IF THE AGREED PAYMENTS DO NOT REACH US IN TIME. A BILLING SYSTEM CONVENIENT TO YOU CAN BE AGREED WITH US IN ADVANCE.

COMPLAINTS - COMPENSATION :
If the clients have any complaints about the standard of service

(Accommodation, transportation, etc.) They must be reported that to our representative during their stay in Cyprus otherwise compensation will not be considered.

CANCELLATION FEES FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS
Cancellations received between 1-14 days (mid - season) or 1-21 days (high season) before arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 3 nights full payment. Cancellations received after confirmation of reservation but before the period above incur no cancellation fees. For NO SHOW clients all services will be charged in full.

RATES
All rates are NET to us and quoted in CYPRUS POUNDS per day, including all local taxes, VAT charges and services. Rates must be RECONFIRMED, due to any devaluation or taxes increased.

LIABILITY
The company act as an agent only, for transportation companies, accommodation, car operators, and other contractors and declines responsibility for any injuries, damages or losses, accidents, changes or cancellations of schedules, delays, strikes, acts of government or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond its control.

THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE PROGRAM WITHOUT NOTICE.
